On 26 September 2026, the Capstone Asset team laced up for Run for Tomorrow, a community running event in Phuket that brought together runners, families and local partners.
Cherng Talay Provincial Administrative Organization, Cherng Talay Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Porto de Phuket, and Bangkok Phuket Club. The running route covers approximately 5 kilometres, with all registration proceeds donated to the Phuket Environmental Foundation.
For Capstone Asset, joining events like this is part of how we develop: we believe great places are shaped not only by architecture, but by the people and communities around them.
Supporting an active Phuket
As the developer of PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences in Bangtao (Cherngtalay), Capstone Asset continues to support local initiatives that encourage an active, healthy lifestyle on the island, in keeping with our vision of PEYLAA as Bangtao’s social sanctuary, a place where people come together and lift each other up. The run came just a day after our team joined the Cherngtalay Beach Clean Up .
