PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences has been recognised with two Five-Star awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026–2027, part of the International Property Awards programme:
- Best Residential Development 20+ Units – Thailand
- Best Apartment / Condominium Development – Thailand
The awards were presented to Capstone Asset Phuket Cherngtalay Co., Ltd., the developer of PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences.
What a Five-Star award means
The International Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of industry experts, and a Five-Star rating represents the highest level of achievement in each category.
