More than 120 volunteers – local organisations, businesses and residents – came together at Layan Beach for the Cherngtalay Beach Clean Up – “Move Together. Build Belonging.” on 25 September 2026, with Capstone Asset joining as a Community Partner.
The Capstone Asset team worked alongside volunteers to collect waste and to raise awareness of the role every resident and business can play in protecting Phuket’s coastline.
Why the beach matters to Cherngtalay
Cherngtalay and Bangtao Beach are home to PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences, and the beach is a big part of what makes this community special. Keeping the coastline clean and bringing people together is part of Capstone Asset’s long-term commitment to the places where we build. The social sanctuary we envision for Bangtao begins with a community and a coastline cared for together.
