A new Kimpton resort is coming to Natai Beach in Phang Nga, following a signing ceremony on 22 July 2026 between Natai Venture Co., Ltd. and IHG Hotels & Resorts for Kimpton Phang-Nga Natai Beach. Capstone Asset is a shareholder and development partner in the project.
A 150-key beachfront resort opening in 2028
Set directly on Natai Beach, around 20 minutes from Phuket International Airport, the resort will feature 150 guest rooms, suites and villas. Planned facilities include an all-day dining restaurant, beach and lobby bars, a spa, swimming pools, a fitness centre, a kids’ club and function spaces, all surrounded by tropical landscaping with direct beach access. The resort is scheduled to open in 2028.
Kimpton is known for its bold, playful design and genuinely personal service, and this is IHG’s second resort signing in Phang Nga.
