Capstone Asset has acquired a 22.8 rai absolute beachfront site in Greater Phuket on Natai Beach,

Phang Nga for the development of a 150-key lifestyle luxury resort which will be managed by IHG under the Kimpton brand. It will be the first internationally-branded hotel in the Natai area.

The project is in the design and development stage and is expected to complete in Q4 2027.
